Complete and print the membership application form [1] and return it along with annual dues of $25.00 per person payable by check (preferably) or cash) to the APDEMS Treasurer (2026-2027): Allen Davis, SG-213
Note
Payments by cash (in the exact amount) should only be done at the monthly membership meetings and given to the Treasurer. Payments by check (with the completed membership application form in a sealed envelope) can be done at the monthly APDEMS meetings or dropped off at the Treasurer’s apartment and left “on the ledge” at Apt SG-213.
